Pre-development services
During pre-construction, we work closely with clients to clarify project priorities and objectives, bring ideas into focus, and create a clear roadmap. We also coordinate with third parties, such as homeowner’s associations, utility providers, and city departments. Our services include:

During construction, we handle everything from on-site supervision to self-performing select scopes of work. We partner with clients through every stage of the process, from the first shovel in the ground to final closeout and turnover, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency at every step. Owner's representative services
Eagle Capital Projects also serves as an owner’s representative, working with clients with large capital expenditures but limited experience in the engineering and construction industry.
We serve as our client’s consigliere as they interact and contract with designers, contractors, equipment suppliers, utilities, and public entities.
Our services are designed to help our clients mitigate their risk by forecasting activities required to achieve milestones, observing ongoing activities for compliance with governing documents, and examining historical results to inform future decision making.

We'll meet you where you are. We serve the City of Chicago and the greater Chicagoland area.
Our projects span several neighborhoods: Hyde Park, Kenwood, Little Italy, Pilsen, South Loop, and Woodlawn. We've also worked in Lincolnshire, Oak Park, and Park Ridge.
