Eagle Capital Projects, LLC is a licensed and insured veteran-owned construction manager and general contractor, specializing in home preservation and non-profit projects in the Chicagoland area.
What we do
Eagle Capital Projects, LLC partners with our clients and subcontractors to provided pre-construction and construction services.
- Pre-construction services include design management, permitting, scheduling, and estimating as well as coordinating with third parties such as homeowner’s associations, utility providers and City departments to obtain the necessary approvals to start work.
- During construction, we superintend sites, monitor cost and schedule performance, manage subcontractors, self-perform select work, and manage the close-out and turnover of projects to our clients.
Eagle Capital Projects, LLC also serves as an owner’s representative, working with clients with large capital expenditures but limited experience in the engineering and construction industry. We serve as our client’s consigliere as they interact and contract with designers, contractors, equipment suppliers, utilities, and public entities. Our services are designed to help our clients mitigate their risk by forecasting activities required to achieve impending milestones, observing ongoing activities for compliance with governing documents, and examining historical results to inform future decision making.

Eagle Capital Projects, LLC has delivered projects throughout the Chicagoland area including Little Village, Hyde Park, Woodlawn, Kenwood, South Loop, Lincoln Square, Oak Park, and Lincolnshire.
Our experience
Eagle Capital Projects, LLC was formed in 2024, but our experience started much earlier.
Our founder, Jason Brown, has nearly 30 years of construction management experience having worked on some of the largest and most complex construction programs in the world. He can tap into his cross-sector experience to bring industry-leading perspectives and fit-for-purpose solutions to any project. Before opening Eagle Capital Projects, Jason adopted a more local approach to construction working for an affordable housing developer and commercial development arm of a local university, giving him insight into local practices and a network of subcontractors familiar with operating in the City of Chicago.
Our superintendents have decades of experience working with local contractors, public entities, and craftsmen. They are capable of both picking up tools to deliver small projects and managing subcontractors to deliver new construction and whole-house renovations.
Collectively, our team has delivered on the order of 100 new housing units throughout the City of Chicago over the last decade.
