Eagle Capital Projects was founded in 2024 on comprehensive expertise in construction management and a vision to provide first-rate, local construction services. Collectively, our team has delivered over 100 new housing units in Chicago over the last decade.

Jason Brown, our founder, has nearly 30 years of construction management experience. Before Eagle Capital Projects, Jason’s local approach to construction included working for an affordable housing developer and the commercial development arm of a university. He brings a crucial level of insight into practices, processes, and networks required for successful construction projects in the City of Chicago.

Our team taps into cross-sector knowledge to bring industry-leading perspectives and fit-for-purpose solutions to every project. We weave together best practices in engineering, construction management, and urban planning. The result is a holistic perspective, community-driven goals, and a proven record of coordinating with the public sector, ensuring our work aligns with both neighborhood priorities and regulatory requirements.

Our superintendents have worked with local contractors, public entities, and craftsmen for decades. They are versatile collaborators, capable of swinging a hammer to deliver small projects and managing subcontractors to deliver new construction and whole-house renovations.
